At Tadhana Studios, each piece is individually handcrafted in Melbourne, Australia.
As most pieces are made to order, please allow time for your jewellery to be carefully created before dispatch. Ready-made pieces may be available in limited sizes and will be shipped sooner where possible.
Made-to-Order Pieces
Please allow 1-3 weeks for your piece to be handcrafted and prepared for dispatch.
Ready-to-Ship Pieces
If your selected size is available and already made, your order will generally be dispatched within 2–5 business days.
AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
- Free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $300 AUD
- Orders under $300 AUD incur a flat shipping rate of $10 AUD
- Express shipping options are available at checkout
- All orders include tracking
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Flat rate international shipping: $30
- Free International Shipping on Orders Over $400
- Delivery timeframes vary depending on destination
- All international orders include tracking where available

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
Once an order has been dispatched, Tadhana Studios is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers. However, if your parcel is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
ORDERING MULTIPLE ITEMS
If your order contains multiple made-to-order pieces, your order will be shipped together once all pieces are complete and ready for dispatch.
